Porcelain Tile
The second most-popular option in medallions is porcelain tile. It is more expensive than vinyl, but it is longer lasting than VCT and well suited for extremely high-traffic areas. Porcelain tile medallions are also perfect for home or corporate bathrooms and showers. The sheen of porcelain tile makes it an excellent eye-catcher, and porcelain tile is also available in a wide variety of colors.

Natural Stone
Natural stonework—particularly marble and granite—is the most expensive option, but also by far the most elegant.
